Terms and Conditions

1. Please only place an order for live animals if you are over 18 years of age and based in the UK. Orders for delivery from outside of the UK will unfortunately be cancelled.

2. Please ensure that you have researched the animals needs before ordering and ensure you have everything set up ready for their arrival. If in doubt, get in touch and we will be happy to help.

1. Live animals are sent out on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and always shipped on a next day, tracked delivery service at £9.95. Delivery cost for non-live orders will cost a flat rate of £4.99.

2. In the event of adverse weather conditions or potential postal service delays, a decision may be taken to delay posting to avoid any distress to the animals.

2. Currently live animals can only be shipped within England, Scotland and Wales. 

3. Someone must be at home to take delivery of live animals. 

4. In the unfortunate event that any animals are dead on arrival, you must email us immediately on the day of arrival with a photograph.

5. Collection in person can be arranged by appointment. Send us a message and we will be happy to make arrangements.

1. All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT (if applicable), but exclusive of delivery costs (these are confirmed at checkout).

2. Payments must be made securely via our secure online shop.
